Upwork Business Manager / Bidding Specialist (Remote)
Coresol Studio is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Upwork Business Manager / Bidding Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, submitting proposals, and securing projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms. You will collaborate closely with our development team to ensure we consistently grow our client base and secure high-quality projects.

Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this role, you should:

- Write and submit tailored proposals, addressing the client’s needs and highlighting our services.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients to clarify project requirements and propose solutions.
- Negotiate terms and close deals with clients.
- Coordinate with the development team to ensure proper alignment with the client’s needs and timelines.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
- Manage and update the Upwork profile, ensuring it is current with portfolio items, testimonials, and relevant content.
- Track and manage the status of proposals and projects, providing regular updates to the team.
Qualifications
Must have:
- An intermediate or bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of prior experience in sales roles within the IT industry.
- Experience in US, UK, and/or EU markets.
- Proven experience submitting proposals and bidding on Upwork.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written English to create compelling proposals.
- Ability to understand technical project requirements and communicate them clearly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferable:
Familiarity with WordPress design and development services is a plus.
