- Have experience with WordPress page builders like Elementor, DIVI, WP Bakery, Beaver Builder, and Gutenberg.
- Have strong skills in PHP and MySQL for WordPress customization and optimization.
- Be familiar with web accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices.
- Have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively using tools like Bitbucket, Teamwork, and Slack.
- Document and share your work for team collaboration.
- Understand web server technologies like Linux, MariaDB/MySQL, Nginx/Apache, PHP, Redis, Varnish, Memcached.
- Code websites according to internal business or external client requirements.
- Ensure compliance with policies and standards.

You will scope incoming projects and provide accurate quotes for problem resolution or new feature creation. Common tasks include designing new landing pages, customizing themes, optimizing core web vitals, or implementing custom functionalities using page builders.
